We highly recommend that every Pro Shop Operator participates in BowlU's Foundation Training. A Pro Shop Operator is the "Go To" person when a bowler is struggling and the problem isn't always a bowling ball. The goal for BowlU is to provide resources for the Pro Shop Operator that will support their efforts with their customers. Foundation Training

The second step on our suggested pathway as a pro shop operator is our Ambassador Program. A Pro Shop Operator can join the Ambassador Program and receive educational videos intended to work with the experts of their local environment, that is the Pro Shop Operator. The videos within the Ambassador program are designed to highlight whatever topic they choose to share with their customers and then they can expand upon how that relates to their local environment. We target keeping the videos shorter in length so the presenter has an opportunity to provide their own expertise for their environment and customers.
